MISSISSIPPI — One person is dead and another is in custody following a shooting Tuesday morning at the intersection of Raymond Road and Siwell Road.
The Jackson Police Department responded to the scene near the Auto One car care business, where the area was taped off for investigation.
Police later confirmed that one individual was killed in the incident and that a suspect had been taken into custody.
The identities of both the victim and the suspect have not yet been released.
The investigation is ongoing.
