MARYLAND — Police are investigating after a man was fatally shot Friday morning inside a store in Baltimore.
Officers responded around 9:30 a.m. to the 1000 block of Broadway for reports of a shooting. When they arrived, they found a 36-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound.
The victim was transported to a nearby hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
Investigators said preliminary information indicates the shooting may have been the result of a robbery. No suspect information has been released.
Detectives are continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding the incident.
