INDIANA — A man was fatally shot outside a pub on the south side of Indianapolis early Thursday morning, according to the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department.
Officers responded to a report of a shooting around 1:35 a.m. in the 4400 block of Southport Crossing Way, the location of the Mucky Duck Pub.
When officers arrived, they found an adult male suffering from gunshot wounds.
The victim was transported to a nearby hospital in critical condition but later died from his injuries, police confirmed.
Authorities have not released the identity of the victim or any details regarding possible suspects or a motive. The investigation remains ongoing.
