INDIANA — A man was found shot to death Wednesday afternoon on the city’s north side, according to police.
Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department Northwest District officers responded to a report of a shooting around 12:14 p.m. in the 8000 block of Dowitch Lane. When they arrived, officers found an adult male suffering from gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Authorities have not released the victim’s identity or details about what led to the shooting.
The investigation remains ongoing.
