GEORGIA — A 27-year-old man was shot and killed Saturday night in northwest Atlanta, according to police.
The shooting occurred around 11:24 p.m. at 996 Westmoor Drive NW in the Washington Park neighborhood. Zone 1 officers found the victim with a gunshot wound and he was transported to a hospital in critical condition, where he later died.
Police have not released information about what led to the shooting or any suspects. The investigation is ongoing.
