GEORGIA — A man was shot and killed Saturday night in Atlanta, according to police.
Officers with the Atlanta Police Department said they responded around 8 p.m. on March 28 to reports of a person shot in the 1400 block of Moreland Avenue SE.
When officers arrived, they found a 37-year-old man who had been shot. Medical personnel pronounced the man dead at the scene.
Investigators responded to determine what led up to the shooting. Authorities have not released additional details about a suspect or possible motive.
The investigation remains ongoing.
