GEORGIA — Police are investigating after a boy was shot and killed Saturday night in Hampton.
The shooting occurred around 10 p.m. near Paladin Drive and Trafalgar Way, according to Clayton County police. Officers arriving at the scene found the boy unresponsive and suffering from gunshot wounds. He was transported to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Authorities have not released information about a possible suspect.
The investigation remains ongoing.
