GEORGIA — A man is dead following a shooting at a nightclub early Saturday morning, according to the Albany Police Department.
Police said the incident happened around 4:45 a.m. on August 16 at Spotless Nightclub, located at 107 N. Mock Road. When officers arrived, they learned the victim, 24-year-old Rasheed Moore, had been taken to Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital, where he later died from his injuries.
Investigators are asking anyone who was at the nightclub between 1 a.m. and 4:30 a.m. to contact the lead investigator at (229) 302-0756 or call APD at (229) 431-2100. Tips may also be submitted anonymously through the APD app.
