OHIO — Police are investigating a fatal officer-involved shooting that occurred in a Piqua neighborhood Friday evening.
According to authorities, the incident took place just before 5 p.m. at a home on McKinley Avenue, south of U.S. 36.
Officers responding to the scene shot and killed a 44-year-old man inside the residence.
The officer who fired the shots was not injured, police said in a press release.
