TENNESSEE — A man is dead following a late-night shooting at an apartment complex in Clarksville on Wednesday.
Clarksville Police were called to the Summit Heights complex on Paradise Hill Road shortly before 11 p.m.
Officers arrived to find a man suffering from a gunshot wound. He was transported to a nearby hospital, where he later died from his injuries.
Detectives with the Clarksville Police Department’s Special Operations Homicide Unit and Crime Scene Unit responded to investigate and collect evidence at the scene.
The victim’s identity has not yet been released, pending notification of his next of kin.
Police have not released any additional details about possible suspects or a motive at this time.
