One person dead following rollover crash in Ohio

MIDDLETOWN — One person is dead after a single-vehicle rollover crash on N. University Boulevard Friday afternoon, authorities report.

Middletown police announced the crash on social media, stating that northbound lanes of University Boulevard were closed at Manchester Avenue, Reinartz Boulevard, and Monroe Street due to the incident.

According to police, the vehicle involved rolled over several times.

One person was pronounced dead at the scene.

The Butler County Serious Traffic Accident Reconstruction Team (START) is investigating the cause of the crash.
