OHIO — A fatal multi-vehicle crash early Monday morning has shut down eastbound Ohio 32 near Eastwood Road, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
The crash occurred shortly before 6:30 a.m., said a dispatcher from the patrol’s Georgetown post. One person was pronounced dead at the scene.
A second individual sustained serious injuries and was flown by medical helicopter to a nearby hospital.
Multiple first responders are at the scene.
The eastbound lanes of Ohio 32 will remain closed while Mt. Orab police and state troopers investigate the crash.
Drivers are advised to avoid the area and seek alternate routes.
