
VIRGINIA — A motorcyclist is dead following a crash in Hanover County over the weekend, according to the Hanover County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies were called to the 6000 block of Studley Road shortly after midnight Sunday.
According to investigators, a 2026 Aprilia motorcycle was traveling east when it left the roadway and struck a tree.
The motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene. Authorities said the individual has not yet been identified due to the severity of the injuries.
The crash remains under investigation. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Hanover County Sheriff’s Office.
