
SOUTH CAROLINA — The Greenville Police Department has shut down part of a major roadway following a deadly motorcycle crash, officials said Saturday.
According to authorities, 385 North Pleasantburg Drive is closed after a fatal collision involving a motorcycle. Traffic in the area is being redirected to North and South Pleasantburg Drive as police investigate.
The Greenville County Coroner’s Office confirmed that the motorcycle’s driver died at the scene. No additional details about the victim or the circumstances of the crash have been released.
Officials say the investigation is ongoing and more information will be provided as it becomes available.
