OHIO — A motorcyclist is dead following a collision with a pickup truck Monday evening in Warren.
The crash occurred shortly before 6:30 p.m. at the intersection of Comstock Street NW and North Park Avenue.
According to police, the pickup truck was traveling on Comstock Street and pulled onto North Park Avenue, striking the motorcycle.
Investigators said the crash was the result of a stop sign violation.
The motorcyclist was thrown from the bike and transported to a hospital, where he was later pronounced dead. Authorities have not yet released the victim’s name.
The incident remains under investigation.
