LOUISIANA — One person was killed Sunday afternoon in a motorcycle crash on La. Highway 43 near Haynes Settlement Road.
Officials have not yet identified the victim.
Albany Police Department reported that roads in the area were closed as of 3:45 p.m. Albany and Springfield Fire Departments also responded to the scene.
Authorities are urging the public to avoid the area while the investigation continues.
