One person dead following motorcycle crash in Indiana

INDIANA — A motorcycle crash involving a deer left one person dead and another critically injured Saturday night in Morgan County.

According to the Morgan County Coroner’s Office, the crash occurred just before 10 p.m. on State Road 67 near Bradford Woods.

A motorcycle carrying two people struck a deer while traveling along the roadway.

First responders found the passenger deceased at the scene. The driver was critically injured and transported to a nearby hospital for treatment.

The identities of those involved have not yet been released. The incident remains under investigation.
