
FLORIDA — A motorcycle passenger died Tuesday after a 2021 Buick Enclave rear-ended a 2024 Suzuki GSX-8S on South Orange Blossom Trail in Osceola County, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
The crash occurred just south of Parkgate Drive as both vehicles were traveling southbound. Troopers said the Buick’s driver failed to slow down and struck the back of the motorcycle, throwing both the driver and passenger from the bike.
Both were taken to Osceola Regional Medical Center, where the passenger was pronounced dead. The motorcycle driver remains in critical condition.
The Buick driver suffered minor injuries and was transported to the same hospital.
FHP continues to investigate the cause of the crash.
