Investigators identified the victim as 53-year-old Jeffrey Ryder.
Police said Ryder was traveling north on South Cobb Drive when another driver, identified as 35-year-old Alberto Martinez, attempted to make a left turn onto Barclay Circle. The turn caused a collision between the two vehicles.
