TEXAS — A 31-year-old man has died following a head-on collision in Paris, Texas, police said.
The Paris Police Department reported that the crash occurred on December 3 in the 900 block of North Collegiate Drive. According to authorities, one driver crossed into the opposite lane, striking another vehicle.
Officers assisted Paris EMS with the rescue and treatment of the drivers at the scene. The deceased driver was transported to Paris Regional Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.
The Department Accident Reconstruction Team has been called in to investigate, and police said the investigation into the cause of the crash is ongoing.
