SOUTH CAROLINA — A Charlotte woman was killed Saturday in an ATV accident at Carolina Adventure World, according to the Fairfield County Coroner’s Office.
Officials said Larissa Cubas, 28, was operating an ATV when it rolled over and landed on her, pinning her beneath the vehicle.
Emergency responders were called to the scene, but Cubas was pronounced dead at the site of the accident.
No additional details about the incident have been released as the investigation continues.
