INDIANA — One man died early Saturday morning after his truck struck a tree, according to the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office.
Authorities said the crash occurred around 2 a.m. on County Road 60.
Investigators reported that the truck was traveling west and veered off the road after crossing a bridge in the 2200 block of CR 60, striking a tree on the south side of the road.
The driver was pronounced dead at the scene. Speed is considered a factor in the crash.
The incident remains under investigation.
