VIRGINIA — A woman was killed in a hit-and-run crash early Sunday morning in Chesterfield County, police said.
The incident happened around 2:10 a.m. on Aug. 10 in the 7100 block of Hull Street Road. According to investigators, a vehicle traveling west struck the woman and left the scene. She was pronounced dead at the site.
Authorities have not released her name, pending notification of family.
Westbound lanes of Hull Street Road between Turner Road and Wayside Drive were closed for several hours and reopened around 7 a.m.
