TEXAS — A pedestrian was fatally struck Wednesday night in south Austin, the Austin Police Department reported.
Officers responded to a crash involving a pedestrian around 9:48 p.m. Wednesday in the 11100 block of Menchaca Road.
The pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene shortly after 10:10 p.m.
No further details have been released as the investigation continues.
