SOUTH CAROLINA — A pedestrian was killed in a crash Sunday morning in Spartanburg County, according to officials.
The Spartanburg County Coroner’s Office said the incident involved a vehicle and a pedestrian on East Main Street near the intersection of Alabama Street.
The victim was identified as 75-year-old Dolores Dalton, who lived on Saluda Street in Spartanburg. She was pronounced dead at 8:28 a.m., the coroner’s office said.
Additional details about the circumstances of the crash have not been released. Authorities have not said whether any charges are expected.
