OHIO — A woman was struck and killed by a vehicle while crossing a busy street in Carthage early Friday morning, according to police.
The incident happened shortly after 6 a.m. on Vine Street near West 73rd Street. Police said the driver responsible fled the scene.
Officers remained on scene speaking with witnesses as the investigation continued. Authorities are asking anyone with information to contact Lt. Robert Van Horn at 513-352-2514.
