OHIO — A Cambridge woman has been arrested after authorities say she brought her child along while selling drugs in a city park.
Kristen Kindt, 31, has been charged with aggravated drug trafficking, a third-degree felony, following a joint investigation by the Cambridge Police Department and the Guernsey County Sheriff’s Office.
Detectives conducting a follow-up investigation observed Kindt selling suspected fentanyl and methamphetamine at Cambridge City Park.
During the transactions, officers noted that a small child — later identified as Kindt’s own — was present.
Kindt was taken into custody and is currently being held at the Guernsey County Jail.
Authorities are working with Guernsey County Children’s Services as the investigation continues.
Additional charges are expected when the case is presented to a Guernsey County Grand Jury.
