SOUTH CAROLINA — A 17-year-old girl from Myrtle Beach has been arrested in connection with the fatal shooting of a Johnsonville teen in Florence County.
Florence County Sheriff T.J. Joye confirmed that Gianna Kistenmacher was taken into custody on Monday and charged with accessory before the fact to a felony.
No additional details about her alleged involvement have been released.
The shooting occurred around midnight on June 25 in the 400 block of North 1st Neck Road.
Authorities previously charged Devan Raper, 19, of Conway, with murder and possession of a weapon during the commission of a violent crime.
The Florence County Coroner’s Office identified the victim as Trey Dean Wright, who was taken to a local hospital, where he later died from his injuries.
Raper is currently being held without bond at the Florence County Detention Center. Kistenmacher’s bond has not yet been set.
