GEORGIA — A Phenix City woman has been arrested in connection with a child abuse investigation, according to the Lee County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies said 28-year-old Mireira Lucero was taken into custody Monday.
She is charged with attempted murder as well as torture and willful abuse of a child.
