PENNSYLVANIA — An 18-year-old man is in custody following a domestic-related homicide early Tuesday morning in York County, according to the West York Borough Police Department.
The incident occurred around 1:48 a.m. in the 1400 block of West Market Street/Route 462.
Police confirmed the suspect has been charged with criminal homicide.
Authorities said there is no ongoing threat to the public. Traffic in the area was detoured while officers investigated the scene.
According to PennDOT, all lanes of West Market Street between Adams Street and Highland Avenue were closed but have since reopened.
No additional details have been released. Police say a formal update will be provided later today.
