
ALABAMA — A Mobile woman has been arrested in connection with vandalism that caused thousands of dollars in damage at a local car dealership, according to police.
In a news release, the Mobile Police Department said officers responded to a criminal mischief call at Mullinax Ford, located at 7311 Airport Blvd., around 6:40 p.m. Friday, Jan. 9.
According to police, surveillance video showed a woman vandalizing several vehicles on the dealership’s lot, resulting in an estimated $17,000 in damage. Officers said the suspect had left the area before they arrived at the scene.
Police later identified and arrested Regina Stanley, 49, on the morning of Saturday, Jan. 10, in connection with the incident.
Stanley has been charged with first-degree criminal mischief and third-degree criminal trespassing. The case remains under investigation.
