PENNSYLVANIA — A man is in custody after leading state police on a chase that ended in a crash in Delaware County early Sunday morning.
The pursuit came to an end just after midnight when the driver lost control of the vehicle and crashed into a bridge on West Knowles Avenue in Glenolden.
Both the driver and a woman who was in the car were arrested at the scene.
Police say the driver was taken to the hospital, though his condition has not been released.
Authorities have not yet said what prompted the chase.
