
INDIANA — A 41-year-old Hudson woman is facing multiple charges after police say she made repeated 911 calls and threatened a dispatcher.
According to the Ashley-Hudson Police Department, officers responded to the 200 block of North Hardy Street around 3:30 p.m. Saturday. When they arrived, they found Nancy N. Bailey standing in the yard.
After speaking with Bailey and a dispatcher, officers arrested her on a charge of intimidation related to the alleged threats.
During the arrest, police say they also found evidence that Bailey had violated a no-contact order. She was taken to the Steuben County Jail.
Bailey is facing charges of Level 6 felony intimidation, misdemeanor unlawful use of 911, Level 6 felony invasion of privacy with a prior conviction and misdemeanor invasion of privacy.
The case remains under investigation.
