OHIO — An Ohio man has been arrested after authorities say he performed sexual acts on himself in a Walmart parking lot on multiple occasions.
According to reports, 36-year-old Larry Kelley Jr. faces two charges of public indecency related to incidents that allegedly occurred at a Walmart on Doral Drive.
Police said the first incident happened the morning of Feb. 27. A woman told investigators she had fallen asleep in her car when a man tapped on her window.
After she told him she was fine, the man returned to his vehicle parked nearby and allegedly began performing sexual acts on himself. The suspect then honked his horn and asked the woman if she wanted to join him, according to the report.
The woman told the man she was calling police.
Authorities say a second incident occurred several days later, on March 3. A Walmart employee delivering a curbside pickup order approached the suspect’s vehicle, where he reportedly said he was not feeling well. When the employee responded that “sometimes life is hard,” the man allegedly replied, “That’s not the only thing that’s hard,” before again performing sexual acts on himself.
Kelley turned himself in to law enforcement on March 10. He was charged with two counts of public indecency and was scheduled to appear in court on March 12.
The investigation remains ongoing.
