NORTH CAROLINA — A Greenville man was arrested Wednesday after Pitt County Sheriff’s Office detectives executed a search warrant at two residences as part of an ongoing narcotics investigation.
The Sept. 10 search was conducted on Slauter Street by the Sheriff’s Office Special Operations Unit and Gang and Gun Unit, with assistance from the Community Patrol Unit. Deputies seized six firearms during the operation.
Brandon Langley Tyson, 36, of Greenville, was taken into custody and charged with Level 1 trafficking cocaine, felony possession with intent to sell or deliver (PWISD) cocaine, felony PWISD marijuana, felony maintaining a dwelling for a controlled substance, possession of a stolen firearm, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Tyson was booked into the Pitt County Detention Center, where he is being held without bond.
