
WISCONSIN — A 49-year-old man has been taken into custody following a months-long drug investigation by local and regional law enforcement.
On Monday, officers with the Oshkosh Police Department and the Lake Winnebago Area Metropolitan Enforcement Group executed search warrants at residences in the city of Oshkosh and the nearby town of Nekimi.
During the searches, authorities seized more than 1½ pounds of methamphetamine, $675 in cash, and a vehicle.
The Oshkosh man is currently being held on a probation and parole hold while he awaits formal charges related to the drug investigation.
Authorities say the investigation is ongoing.
