Stinnie attempted to flee on foot but was taken into custody following a brief chase.
He is charged with possession with intent to distribute, being a felon in possession of a firearm, and possession of a Schedule I or II controlled substance while in possession of a firearm.
Authorities say they seized a significant amount of drugs and weapons during the search, including 211 grams of marijuana, 270 grams of suspected pressed fentanyl, three pounds of a suspected fentanyl and acetaminophen mix, seven grams of suspected cocaine, and 65 grams of suspected raw fentanyl.
They also recovered a Draco 308 pistol, a Glock 9mm pistol, a hand pill press, blenders, and U.S. currency.
The operation was conducted in cooperation with the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration and the Blue Ridge Narcotics and Gang Task Force.
