TENNESSEE — Police arrested a man Saturday morning at Hardin Park in Greeneville for possession of drug paraphernalia.
Officers approached Jamie Paxton, who was sitting at a picnic table near the basketball court where children were playing.
According to the police report, a syringe was in plain view next to Paxton, and another needle was found in his front pocket.
Paxton was taken into custody and charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
No other information has been released at this time.
