PENNSYLVANIA — A 48-year-old Endicott man was arrested Saturday evening on multiple drug-related charges following an incident at a local gas station.

Pennsylvania State Police said officers responded just before 8 p.m. to the Dandy Mini Mart on Spring Street after a patrolling Sayre Borough Police officer observed a man acting suspiciously.

The officer saw the man, later identified as James F. Rosh II, watching the patrol car and placing an item behind a dumpster.

Rosh, who was known to the officer from a previous narcotics arrest, admitted the bag contained marijuana. During a search, officers discovered approximately 17.8 grams of methamphetamine, 158.5 grams of marijuana, and various pieces of drug paraphernalia.

Rosh was arrested and charged with manufacture, delivery, or possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance by a person not registered or licensed, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was taken to the Sayre Police Department for processing.
