PENNSYLVANIA — A Pittston man was arrested on Wednesday for allegedly distributing crack cocaine in the Greater Pittston area.
Johnny None Gunter, 50, was taken into custody when agents with the Pittston City Police Department’s Special Investigation Unit executed a search warrant at his residence on Johnson Street.
According to a criminal complaint, officers discovered crack cocaine, Ecstasy pills, various other pills in plastic bags, a 9mm handgun, loaded magazines, a box of ammunition, and a digital scale inside a bedroom.
Gunter was arraigned by District Judge Alexandra Kokura Kravitz on three counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and one count of illegal firearm possession.
He was jailed at Luzerne County Correctional Facility in lieu of $200,000 bail.
