OHIO — A Dayton man was arrested Wednesday evening on drug charges, Washington Township officers reported.
Shortly before 8:00 p.m., officers on patrol on State Route 366 observed a vehicle acting suspiciously, pulling into multiple driveways after noticing the patrol car.
The driver, 53-year-old James Tucker of Dayton, was found to have an active warrant for his arrest. He consented to a search of his vehicle, during which officers discovered crack cocaine. Tucker reportedly admitted the drugs belonged to him.
He was taken into custody and transported to the Logan County Jail, where he was charged with possession of drugs.
