KENTUCKY — A 47-year-old man was arrested on drug charges Friday afternoon following a traffic stop west of London.
According to the Laurel County Sheriff’s Office, deputies found Keith Lay parked crossways in the middle of Bray Road.
During the stop, they discovered that Lay was wanted on an outstanding warrant.
While taking him into custody, deputies reportedly found a meth pipe and a small bag of suspected methamphetamine in his possession.
Lay was charged with first-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was transported to the Laurel County Correctional Center.
