KENTUCKY — A man is facing multiple charges following a traffic stop Tuesday evening in Scottsville, according to the Scottsville Police Department.
Police said officers initiated a traffic stop around 7 p.m. on a Dodge pickup truck driven by Timothy R. Pedigo, 66, of Adolphus, for a traffic-related offense. During the stop, officers conducted an investigation and determined that Pedigo was in possession of methamphetamine and an open alcohol container.
Pedigo has been charged with speeding, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), no registration plates, no registration receipt, operating with an expired operator’s license, and possession of an open alcohol container.
Police said Pedigo was taken into custody and later released from the Allen County Detention Center. No additional details were released.
