Inside the home, police found Billy Sturgill, along with suspected methamphetamine, cocaine, marijuana, digital scales, baggies, and a significant amount of cash.
Troopers also reported finding four handguns in the home. Sturgill is a convicted felon, making him legally prohibited from possessing firearms.
A child was also present during the search, prompting an additional charge of endangering the welfare of a minor.
Sturgill was taken into custody and booked into the Letcher County Jail. He faces multiple drug charges, possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, and endangering the welfare of a minor.
