
IOWA — A Keokuk man faces multiple charges after selling methamphetamine to the Lee County Narcotics Task Force during a controlled buy, officials said.
Dakota L. Rogers, 33, sold meth to task force members during the operation.
Following the controlled buy, authorities executed a search warrant at Rogers’ home, located near a public school, and found evidence of additional drug trafficking.
Rogers is charged with:
- Delivery of less than five grams of meth, a Class C felony
- Possession with intent to deliver more than five grams of meth, a Class B felony
- Possession of marijuana, a serious misdemeanor
- Maintaining a drug house, an aggravated misdemeanor
- Possession of drug paraphernalia, a simple misdemeanor
Authorities did not release information on Rogers’ bond or court date.
