INDIANA — A months-long investigation by the Fort Wayne Police Department (FWPD) has led to the arrest of a man on multiple felony charges after officers seized drugs, firearms, and cash during search warrants executed at two homes.
On Friday, the FWPD Emergency Services Team served search warrants at residences in the 4400 block of Holton Avenue and the 3400 block of Adirondack Drive.
The suspect, 33-year-old Jamarcus Waller, was not present at either location but was later arrested by the FWPD Gang and Violent Crimes Unit while leaving a home on Oliver Street.
During the searches, officers recovered four handguns, an AR-15 pistol, 567.9 grams of fentanyl pills, 706.3 grams of fentanyl powder, 10.3 grams of methamphetamine, 123.7 grams of marijuana, and $2,910 in cash.
Waller faces multiple preliminary charges, including three counts of dealing in a narcotic substance (Level 2 felony), two counts of dealing in methamphetamine (Level 2 felony), and four counts of money laundering (Level 6 felony).
