INDIANA — A man was arrested Friday following a drug investigation that led to the seizure of six pounds of suspected methamphetamine, according to the Evansville-Vanderburgh County Drug Task Force.
Authorities said detectives launched a surveillance operation after receiving information about a large quantity of methamphetamine being delivered to a specific address in Evansville.
During the investigation, 27-year-old Davont Terry was observed in the area several times before reportedly approaching the address and retrieving a package containing methamphetamine.
Terry was later pulled over during a traffic stop and taken into custody. He has been charged with Dealing in Methamphetamine.
Officials confirmed that approximately six pounds of suspected methamphetamine were recovered during the operation.
