OHIO — A 21-year-old man has been charged in connection with a fatal crash that occurred early Sunday morning in Green Township, according to court records.
Police allege that Alex Temoxtle rear-ended another vehicle while driving south on North Bend Road near Mercy Health Boulevard shortly before 3 a.m. Sunday. Authorities said the crash resulted in one death.
Temoxtle is being held without bond at the Hamilton County Justice Center. He faces charges of aggravated vehicular homicide, driving without an accident, and failure to maintain an assured clear distance.
Investigators have not yet said which vehicle the victim was in, and the victim’s name has not been released. Police have also not provided additional details about the circumstances leading up to the crash.
Temoxtle is scheduled to appear in court Monday morning. The investigation remains ongoing.
