OHIO — A 27-year-old man is in custody after police said he tried to abduct a 15-year-old girl early Friday morning.
According to a Strongsville Police Department release, officers responded to Fair Road around 6:40 a.m. after the girl reported being approached and grabbed by a man while waiting for the school bus. The girl managed to pull away and run inside her home.
Police conducted an on-scene investigation and located a man at a residence about a quarter mile from the incident. He was positively identified as 27-year-old Dominic Anthony Sacco.
Sacco was arrested and is being held at the Strongsville Police Department, facing abduction charges.
