KENTUCKY — A 63-year-old man was arrested on Nov. 24 after deputies found him intoxicated and in possession of drug paraphernalia on Old Whitley Road, one mile south of London.
Authorities said deputies were dispatched at 8:23 a.m. following a complaint that a man was chasing cars and throwing rocks at passing vehicles.
Upon arrival, deputies determined the man was under the influence and also discovered a glass pipe containing a white crystal substance.
Gregory Houston was charged with public intoxication involving controlled substances and possession of drug paraphernalia. He is being held at the Laurel County Correctional Center.
